Losing service

I joined just a month ago but find I keep losing service, mainly from home.  That means no calls or texts will go out, none come in.  It's very unstable - comes and goes - so annoying but not life-threatening.  It's not as if I'm in a rural area, and it hasn't happened with previous providers.  Anyone else?

Can you try the SIM in another unlocked phone and see what happens?

Is there anybody else on 48 (or O2, Tesco, Lyca etc.) that is having problems where you have problems?

What providers were you with before when you had no problems?

What is your location when the signal drops?
