I go to make a call and nothing happens I can't get or make calls or texts
I have to turn the phone off and on again and it works ( I phone 4 )
Help it's a real pain

Did it ever work properly?

When you do a manual scan for networks can you see and connect to 48?

What's the signal like - e.g. signal bars?

Does the problem happen sporadically?

If so how often?

Do you have roaming/data roaming enabled?

Signal is between 2 and 4
You only know you have a problem when you go to make a call or text or if someone tells you they tried to call you and it said that I could not be contacted
Roaming is off
It used to work perfect
I had to turn my phone off twice today but it could happen once or twice a week
Manual scan does not seam to work only automatic

I'm surprised that it ever works at all with roaming off.

You generally need that on for 48 to work because it's a virtual network.

Have you tried enabling it?

 

Manual scan for networks should also work unless that's yet another silly iPhone limitation or something?

I will put roaming on and see if it makes a difference will I be charged extra for this
Also I forgot to say when you can't make calls I could have 2 or 3 bars and it says 48 but when you call someone there is no sound on my phone to let me know I am calling someone but when you look at the screen the talk timer is counting
It's a strange one

No you will not be charged extra for having roaming on.
No sound when you call sounds more like a phone issue than a network issue to me.

Hi no it's still not working great do you think a new SIM card would work not sure it's the phone

Might be worth trying a replacement SIM alright.
