My data won't work

I have an iPhone 4s, my "Guido" membership was bought on the 24th March 2016. The data sometimes works if I leave it on for a while, but now I need it and is not working at all.. I go into Settings, Cellular, Cellular Data on and enable 3G! It is 3G or H most of the time and still doesnt work, I need it so can you please help asap.. Thanks

Did your data connection ever work reliable or was it always like this?

If it was always like this then I wonder if your settings are correct.

Check that your internet/APN/phone setting are configured correctly here:

If necessary post your settings (ideally screenshots) here for review.

Does everything else work OK - incoming/outgoing calls and texts?
