Nokia Lumia 820

Hi,

I have just joined 48.I have purchased 20 euro credit.Calls and text are working fine and i have 5GB of Data but no internet on phone. I have wifi connection but no internet. I have tried to enter the settings on your site but i cant seem to find the apn section under settings on my Nokia Lumia 820. Could you please help.

Did you try the online configurator?

If that doesn't work then search the forum for other posts about the Lumia 820 as I think there may be other similar posts that may help.

 

Edit: If you cannot see any option to add/configure an APN then I wonder if this is of any relevance?
