Oneplus 2 Internet

My new oneplus 2 arrived last week. The internet took a bit of fidleing to get working but it worked in the end. After a day it stopped working and hasent worked since. I have entered all the setting correctly , trying slightly different variations as advised by other threads. Mobile data and dats roaming are both on. I'm out of ideas now. There is an 'R' beside my reception symbol on the top right of the screen, indicating that the phone thinks its roaming. Also when I go to select my network , 48 isn't an option. I must connect to o2. I guess this is why it thinks its roaming. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Conor

The options are lte, 3g, 2g. I have tried all 3. Thanks

OK - I'm stumped I'm afraid.

All I can suggest is that you ask 48 support:

However I'm pretty sure that other One Plus One/Two users have managed to get this working.

I wondered if there was some problem with dual SIM phones on 48 but my own phone is a dual SIM (albeit with the second SIM slot empty) and it works fine.

Man Indifferent

Hmmm ... mine works but has Mobile network state = Connected not Unknown as in your screenshot.

Took the phone out of my pocket there and I now have internet. Hopefully it stays that way, thanks for your help.

Try these settings.  Had some problems using the settings given, but uses these settings which were on my other phone and it now works fine.

Hi beware - bear in mind that this settings will not allow you to send/receive MMS.

Conor - what are your settings now? I meant to say that after making any changes you should power of and on again.

The usual settings with apn type = *

Is it still working OK?
