Hi

I added 20 euros credit to my 48 account yesterday however it still is not showing on my account and it has been taking out of my bank account , can you help me out please?

Hi Brian,

Are you on auto renew, or do you just pay monthly?

Log out, then log in to My 48, and you scroll down to the bottom, is your credit still at a zero balance?

Or is the €20 showing on your credit balance, and then thats case of selecting your (Don?) membership?

Do you mean cash credit or membership?
Newly purchased memberships don't start immediately if your current membership has boy yet expired.
What does your online My 48 account page day about your current membership/end date, next membership/start date (if applicable), allowance balances & cash credit balance?

You haven't clarified what you paid for - membership or cash credit?

If it was membership then your My 48 page should confirm that you have a "next" membership stacked to kick in when your current one expires.

New memberships don't start immediately - they only start when the current membership expires.

What does your My History page show?

You say that your cash credit balance is definitely still €0?

What do you get if you dial *100# and hit call?

If you definitely paid the €20 as a cash credit topup and it is still not appearing on your account then you need to contact 48 support to ask them to investigate:
