Replacement sim.

I ordered a replacement micro sim on wednesday evening last week and the sim still hasn't arrived? I thought it takes 2-3 working days? Its for a new phone so I want to keep my old number. Should I wait until tomorrow or what? Thanks for any replies.

I'd give it another day or two and if it doesn't arrive contact 48 support:

Thanks but I need the sim before the weekend so if its lost somewhere do I order a new sim or contact 48?

This is written on my account 'Step 1 COMPLETE - Your replacement SIM has been ordered and is on it's way'.

Does this mean my sim has been delivered?
