Top Up But No Internet?

Hi,

 

Topped up earlier on today and bought Guido membership. Everything seemed fine, when I check online I have the full 1GB allowance, texts etc, however, the internet won't work at all! Any time I try to browse it brings me to 48 months to sign in and top up (even though my account says I have 1GB internet to use until thr 4th November), WhatsApp, Twitter etc won't work.

 

Anyone know what's wrong or experiencing similar problems?

Is it working now?

Did internet access ever work?

If not did you configure your internet settings correctly?
