cant make calls

tried making calls and it says call barred..and got an email from 48 saying i have been suspended from 48..please can i get my suspension lifted

Sounds like you were suspended for breaching the fair usage limits. 

 

http://48months.ie/boiler-plate/terms#18

 

In that case you have to wait until your current monthly membership expires before logging a support query to ask 48 to lift the suspension so that you can use services under a new membership.

Note that if you breach the fair usage limits a second time then they may ban you for good from 48.

Hi  48,

 

It keeps comng up on my phone that my calls are Barred. I have seen from this reply you gave to somone else that I have probably been barred but that I can ask for the Barr to be  lifted . As my membership has Just run out and I Just  paid for my new/this months membership now. I don't know why i was Barred but I presume for over usage of calls, I am guessing this after reading on The forum your replies to others and also I looked at terms and conditions. I had a busy month and Probably unknown to myself overused my calls.  I will not let this happen again and certainly  did not mean to breach the terms and conditions

 

I hope you can help and get my calls fixed as soon as possible

If you were barred and have served your time 🙂 then you can just log a support request to ask for the ban to be lifted once you are on a new membership month. Unless it's the second time you were barred in which case it is for good.
