Hi, the move your number page doesn't seem to respond for me. I can't click anything but I can scroll up and down. The rest of the website works fine. Is this a problem with my account?

Hi...

You may need to refresh your browser... close all tab's - open a fresh page and try again.

This has no direct relation to your account.

If it won't respond after clearing browser, & if the issue has occurred on your handset, attempt on tablet/laptop or another source instead.

That page works fine for me right now.

I am not a 48 employee - if you need to contact 48 support you can do so by chat, email (support@48months.zendesk.com) or phone.

I've restarted my computer and it's still the same, when I load the page it is dimmed and when I click anywhere it lights up to normal but I can't click anything after that - I can scroll up and down and click the Kickback popouts but that's it. Basically the whole page looks like one big image that I can't click but other parts of the site and other websites work fine...

 

I've had this problem for over a week now but I thought I'd leave it and see if it fixes itself! I'm using Internet Explorer 10 if that helps, and it's exactly the same on my phone which is a Nokia Lumia 620. Thanks for all the responses so far!

I've cleared my temporary internet files and cookies now, Google and Yahoo definitely work but http://48months.ie/portin does not respond to anything. When I go on it on my phone I can see that there are no buttons I can press on it, the whole thing looks like one big image that I can't click. I can log in to my account no problem and look at my balance and mins left etc, it's just that page! And it worked fine the first time I signed up (like last week) and I got a security code, but I didn't transfer my number then, and ever since when I go on it it just doesn't work. Could that have something to do with it, that I've used it once before already on this account? I have no idea what is going on!

 

I just want to transfer my number and I'll probably never need to use that page again!

It must be a problem at your end. Works fine for me. Can you try another browser, computer, internet link etc. to narrow down the problem?
