internet problem

Hi this morning while using the internet I got a message telling me I had reached my limit. My membership wasn't up but I topped up anyway and it still won't work, I have disabled mobile data limit. Everything else works fine except the internet could you help me please

If you used up your membership data allowance and need more until the membership has run its full monthly course then you need to buy and internet add-on:

What did you top up? Your cash credit balance or did you buy a new membership?

 

Topping up your credit balance will not give you any additional data allowance.

 

Buying a new membership will not help as it will not kick in immediately but will stack to kick in when the current membership has run its full monthly course. If you bought a new membership then your online account should clarify that you have a current membership and a new membership stacked.
