Did you configure your internet/APN settings?

Hi, yeah I entered the generic internet settings. I have the Don membership?

Check your settings against those in the link that I posted because some of the settings on this website are wrong.

Post your settings here for review.

Screenshots are the best if possible.

Otherwise just transcribe them and list them out here.

If you have Authentication type set to anthing (e.g. PAP, CHAP etc.) then clear it and leave it unset.

Also if you have APN type set to "default,mms,supl" and it doesn't work then try "*" (without the quotes) instead.

When you make any changes to your settings toggle airplane mode on and then off again or reboot the phone.

Hi,yeah got internet going. Coverage is not great in Castletroy, Limerick? Why is this??

Some people were reporting problems down that direction last week.

Not sure what the problem was or is.

You probably need to contact 48 support for advice/assistance on that issue.
