I NEED HELP I HAVE BE ON THIS ISSUE FOR SOMETIME NOW AND STILL I HAVE NOT GOT AN ANSWER TO THE PROBLEM. THIS SIM WAS REGISTER AND I HAVE BE USING IT FOR OVER A YEAR NOW AND IT ASKED ME TO REGISTER AGAIN.CAN ANYONE IN 48 HELP ME PLEASE.JUST GIVE ME THE RIGHT CHANNEL TO GO. I HAVE BE ASKED TO DO THIS OR THAT BUT ALL THE SAME .

I've suggested before that you need to log a support query to get 48 to look into this for you.

You seem to have posted more or less the same question about four times in different places at this stage! 😐
