Did you buy membership? I thought you needed to in order to be able to receive calls or texts? Maybe I'm wrong...

Hi,

Did you port your number over?

If you did not they you will have a new number so maybe you are trying to call your 48 phone with your old number. If you want to port your old number over  click here.
