Mobile data not working

My mobile data isnt working went into 3 store and they said get a new sim card not happy at the moment as I'm an oap and not good with technology

Did mobile data ever work for you?

Did you configure your APN settings correctly? 

3 don't actually provide support for 48 customers/services.

They should not have told you that you need to get a replacement SIM unless they had a good reason to do so.

My mother found Age Action Ireland very good for helping her with stuff that she didn't understand from time to time in case that's of any use to you?
