Make sure that your APN settings are configured correctly.

Did mobile data ever work for you?

Are calls and texts working ok?

Very bad service. I pay from bank account 13€ and it's gone, where don't no. Data and bobile off. For helping, didn't have free number. And chat peoples waiting answer similar problems many days. Very bad service. I chenge to eir
