New SIM - mobile data not working

I got a new sim and number for my daughter and I have a billed plan with 3 too. Currently she isn’t able to access or data or ring other than area with WiFi , can you look into this problem .my email is martina.muldowney@yahoo.ie

She'll need to configure her APN settings.

Text "APN" to 50048 and follow the instructions:

This doesn't really make sense - you'll need to explain more clearly.

Are calls/texts working ok and it's only mobile data that isn't?

If so then configuring the APN settings correctly will sort that out.
