Does anyone know how long I will be banned for? It's driving me insane

If you breach the fair usage limits and get barred then the bar period lasts for the remainder of your current membership period.

Fair Use Policy/ Acceptable Use Policy

When that expires you need to contact 48 support to get reinstated.

How to get help

If you get barred for a second time it's for good.

Sorry I don't know.
The second link that I posted above outlines their expected response times to various types of queries.
Is your ban period up?
Since when?
When did you contact support asking them to reinstate you?
