Can't make or receive calls and texts

sometimes I can't receive or make calls or texts I have to turn off phone and turn it back on again then it's fine again for a few hours and same thing happens again it's like it freezes. Plz help

Have you tried turning off and back on your cellular connection and checked your settings are correct?

If so, and that made no difference, it seems that it might be an issue with the phone (if turning it off and back on is all that helps.)

Hello. Thanx for the reply turning off and on the cellular connection is faster alrite ill check my settings and get the phone looked at if that doesnt sort it out . Sound
