After topping up ten mins ago....how long before credit on ph, need to make a call now

What exactly did you do?

Just top up your credit balance?

Or top up and then buy membership or add-ons?

Describe the exacy steps that you took.

How much did you top up by?

Dial *100# and hit call/send to get your cash credit balance - what does it return?

Does this reflect the amount of your recent topup (assuming it wasn't subsequently used to buy membership/add-ons)?

What does your online account say about your membership status, expiry date and calls/texts/data/cash credit balances?
