Membership transaction taking forever?!

Hi,

 

I moved to 48 today(saturday) and everything is fine with phone and sim and my number was transferred over, however when i tried to buy membership that part of the site was down. SO my mum tried to pay someone elses membership thing. now when I look it says its not paid and the bar beside it has been the same position for ages which is halff way(more than a cuppa tea hah). It also wont let me buy more or anything because it says I have an error.

 

Any help would be amazing ASAP, as I needed membership for today.

it keeps saying error when i tryu to pay membership for my friend what do i do she needs it ASAP:(

Hey tommybuckly1, has your friend paid her first membership or is this further down the line, if it hasn't been resolved as of now, contact the 48 care crew, also contact them via their Facebook page, they are very quick with somebody standing by! Let me know how you get on.
