I have Prestigio and I found :"You've got a Prestigio MultiPhone 3540 DUO

We currently don't support configuration of Prestigio MultiPhone 3540 DUO."

What do you suggest to do?

Download Tweakker APN from the Google Play Store over wifi and run it to configure your settings.

Make sure to enable data roaming as that is required.

If that doesn't work then you'll have to configure them manually using the information here:
