I can't make calls and use my Internet , it has been going on for 1day now

What does your online account say about your membership type/status, expiry date and mobil calls/landline calls/texts/data/credit balances?

 

Any chance you breached the fair usage limits and got barred for th remainder of your current membership month?

What exactly is your issue?
