What do you mean?

Do you mean if the online configurator doesn't configure your internet/APN/MMS settings?

Several people - including me! - had this problem when the online configurator never sent any configuration/provisioning text. I still don't know why and nobody has been able to explain this to me.

 

Anyway - if that's the problem then download the Tweakker APN app over wifi and run it - it normally does the trick more reliably than the online configurator in my experience:
