i paid my membership

I can'tmake or receive calls and texts from my phone but the when I go to my 48 it says that my membership is paid and gives a date when it was activated and when it is valid until, I would greatly appreciate some help on this matter, thank you, I am using a HTC ONE UNLOCKED PHONE

What is the expiry date shown in your online account?

Do you have a current and next membership or just current?

What allowance balances are shown on your current membership?

When did you join 48? Were you able to make/receive calls before this?

Are you connected to the 48 network and getting a signal OK?
