every time i try to pay my membership a pop uup comes on screen saying OOPS!
We are currently experiencing some technical issues and cannot process your request.
Hang tight, our tech guys are working on it and hope to have it resolved shortly.
this is rediculous as it has been happening for the last 2 days how am i supposed to make or recieve calls!?

Can you clear 48 cookies from your browser and try again?

Or try another browser or computer?

 

If that does not help then you may need to log a support query to get 48 to look into this for you:

In the meantime you could topup via voucher:

i tried all of these things,im sorry it must be because my sim has been inactive for so long as when every call is barred and when i put in my top up voucher it says my account has been suspended how do i reactivate?

You'll probably have to log a support request to get 48 to look into this for you.
