I was suspended on the 28th June from 48 for my first offense of fair usage which I still don't understand. And email 48 to reconnect as stated on emails on the 01july when topping up my membership...I'm still not connected and wondering how and why ..

You need to contact 48 support and ask them to life the suspension.

Fair usage limits are explained here:

If you approach a fair usage limit you should get a warning (by email, text and/or notification on your online account as far as I know).

 

If you then go on to breach the fair usage limit then you get barred for the remainder of your current membership month and cannot use any services - even if you buy another membership, add-ons, topup credit balance etc.

 

When the membership month is up you need to contact 48 support and get them to lift the ban. Obviously you will then need a new membership in order to use services.

If you breach the fair usage limits a second time and get barred again then it's for good.
