why is my line not working?

Please can you make a rectification to my line cause I have my membership paid for and I can't make calls or text with it and I need to get in contact with my class mate so please help me thanks.can'tcan't

When did it stop?

What does your online account say about your membership status, expiry date and allowance balances?

Can you make any calls or send any texts?

What happens when you try?

Can you receive any calls/texts?

Any chance you breached the fair usage limits and got barred?

Yeah it was working alright and my membership was paid for as well and no message came up on the phone but it just wouldn't show the network coverage on it so as a:result I can't call out and I can't receive calls either and I can't text please help me thanks.
