In Tenerife & can't make calls on iPhone

Hi I can’t Seam to be able to make calls

I’m in Tenerife I’ve never had any problems before on an android phone now I have an iPhone and can’t ring anybody

Were calls/texts/data working OK on the iPhone before you left Ireland?
