And here was me thinking we'd already been spoiled by last week's catastrophe!
This is a joke. But really, stuff like this doesn't just "happen". I think there's more behind this than 48 just being silly; they're renting a premium network and the same network isn't having problems. (o2)
So my guess is that because 48 is really starting to take over the irish mobile networks (it's the best out there, followed by 3) is that someone for some reason is ddosing (or network equivalent of ddosing, whatever) our network to get you to switch. Sounds a bit far fetched, but **bleep**, you'd be suprised. Trust me.
Our technical staff are still working towards getting this resolved. They are fairly confident that incoming calls and texts should return soon. I'll update as soon as I hear anything else. - Damian " the 48 care crew
