Bought new plan but now can't use mobile data

bought a plan, cannot connect to internet using data. been a member of 48 for a while, first time that happen. use other sim data, worked properly

This doesn't really make sense - what exactly do you mean?

Are your APN settings definitely still correct?

Do calls and text work OK?

Are you sure that your currently active plan has a non-zero data balance?
