Hi! I need help with my SIM card. My phone was lost in house. I order new one and start use same number. Now I foun my phone and want use this sim with my old number again. Can you help me please

Why do you want to use the old SIM if the replacement is working fine?

That doesn't make sense to me.

Hi. Thank you for replaing to me. I want use my old sim because I have Samsung 5s mini sim. But now I have big SIM card. I can't cut and use.

You can order a replacement SIM card.

Hi my sim is locked. I put wrong pin. I try PUK not work.

Where did you get the PUK from?

From the SIM packaging or from your online account?
