In Granada - have Guido package

I am in Spain and my phone is not working despite me switching over to Guido and my phone showing that I am connected to Orange. I urgently need this matter rectified please and would be grateful for your help. Thank you.

Bank Messages not received

Does anyone know why text messages from the bank will not come through?  I've been in touch with bank and they said it was sent but some networks put messages from banks into a junk folder.  need this message to sort some college fees.
