Kickback Sims

Hey,

 

I ordered 3 Kickback sims over a week ago (I'd say) and still no sign of them, so I ordered another one today.

 

Any idea when they usually get sent out?

All our SIMs are delivered within a couple of days.  Don't count weekend days though.

 

I haven't received my SIM?

 

Sorry that your replacement SIM hasn't arrived.

 

If it has been over 4 days since you orderd the SIM (not counting the weekend) then it's looks like it vanished into a black hole somwhere.  

 

We need to ask our technical guys to fix up your account so that we can get you back on your feet. So plesae get in touch with the care crew here http://help.48months.ie/requests/new.

 

This process can take a couple of days so in the meantime, I need you to order a new SIM here;http://www.48months.ie/free-sim

 

There are a few things you need to remember:
- Don't select the "Lost your phone or SIM" option; 
- Fill out the form and when you get the SIM, don't register it. 
- Get back to the care crew with the 19 digit number on the back of it and we'll get it linked up to your account.

 

The above is really important - we'll get you sorted when this new SIM arrives.

 

Apologies again but get straight back in touch when the SIM arrives.
