I can't pay for my membership. It's saying the following...:
"We are currently experiencing some technical issues and cannot process your request.
Hang tight, our tech guys are working on it and hope to have it resolved shortly".
What can I do as my number not it's suspended and can't make or receive call. This is very disappointing.... Please help!!!

I would suggest...

 

  1. Topup by voucher and buy stuff by text for now: http://community.48months.ie/t5/Need-Help/Cant-top-up/m-p/20231#M6098

  2. Wait for the website issue to get fixed and/or

  3. Log a support query with 48 support: How to get help

There are definitely a few Z1 models listed in the online configurator (first step above).

However some people (including me!) found that the online configurator never sent any configuration/provisioning message when used.
