Replacement sim

I have ordered a replacement sim a week ago and have yet to receive it and as a result have not been able to use my number which is very inconvenient.
Can you please advise me of the delay and how I go about ordering a second one.

Did you order a replacement SIM? If not then do so. If you did then wait for it. If it's taking too long then log a support request to get 48 support to look into it for you.

What do you mean by "my phone number is black"?
