Have join 48 now for a while but ever since have joined my internet is not working and my services is very bad. So I want to know if I can retail my No back while I still have 48 No difference.

Did you ever configure your internet settings?

If not then internet accesss will not work at all.

What do you mean "services is very bad"? What specifically doesn't work other than internet access (which requires your settings to be configured)?

 

What do you mean "retail my no back"?

 

You asked about internet settings a few times already (including at the start of October) and I replied so did you try any of the suggestions that I made for configuring the settings?
