how do i fit a sim card in an a5 samsung phone

I can't fit my sim card in my A5 samsung phone

i cant make calls on my samsung galaxy ace model gts5380[ i think its a generic phone].. when i went to "tweaker" i try to put in in the iemi num. but wouldn;t confirm?..i did get it on net ok [ usung guide here]..any1 ne idea's??? 

i cannot adapt galaxy ace gts 5380 to accept 089??

i have samsung galaxy ace model gts 5380[ version 2.2.1]  is it not supported by 089??
