You mean nothing works? Calls/texts/data?

When did they last work?

What does your My48 Dashboard say about your current membership plan status, allowance balances and expiry date?

What do you mean by "topped up"?

What exactly did you purchase? 

Membership plan? Add-ons? Cash credit?

What does your Transactions page say about the recent purchase?

Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plan(s)?

I have credit on my phone topped it up but can't use phone. Can you tell me why things is the case.
