My internet is horrible no matter where abouts I am! Connections are timing out, I struggle to even open snapchats! Why is this??

I was abroad for a week- on Guido- phone worked fine and got wifi with passwords - cannot connect to the internet last two weeks since I came home. Have wifi where I can get a password- any explanations welcome please thanks

Resolved! Internet - galaxy s6 data settings

My phone galaxy s6 won't download the configuration for the data settings for some reason and when I enter the info directly it deletes it     **changed subject to match the topic - Sheena**
