Don to Guido for Roaming

I am in Spain and need to use my phone. Current membership is Don but want to change to Guido for my holiday so I have Roaming. I have bought the Guido but how do I change over mid plan from Don to Guido?Thanks

I bought an add on for 1GB internet the add on did not register so I bought another 1GBHowever, 48 charged me 6€ and I only got 1 GB OF INTERNT

Hi, I'm on the Guido membership and know that my Internet should work whilst travelling within the EU, however on a recent trip to Italy it only worked for a few hours then completely stopped. Is there any setting that needs to be changed or anything...

Resolved! Internet running out even on wifi

Hi, I just ran out of data even though I've been using wifi these past few days. This has never happened before. My wifi assist is turned off and I only use spotify on offline mode. Any help appreciated!
