It keeps saying no service on my phone after I payed my membership and put 10 euro credit in it

I can see the care crew have replied asking to check if your phone is unlocked.

 

Have you been able to check that out yet?

Yes I was on o2 but then I got it unlocked

Is it an iPhone?

 

If it is then try syncing ti with iTunes.  If that gives you an error message let me know what it is.

Are you sure that it's unlocked?

Can you try another non O2 SIM in it to make sure?
