Do you have a data allowance?

Dial *100*8# - what does it return?

Are your internet settings still correct?

I have a gig. I tried changing APN and it said APN settings are not available for this user

What exactly are you doing when you get that message?

Where does the message appear?

What make and model of phone is it?

Did anything change eg software update?

I just click into APN and it comes up. Oneplus3 the phone updates itself sometimes so probably

This issue has cropped up before.

Ie that in some cases OnePlus phones don't give the option to configure the APN.

This is problem with their software.

You'll need to get support from them or whoever sold you the phone to find out how to be able to configure the APN.

Maybe installing an older version of their android software night help?

But ultimately this is an issue with the phone/software and not with 48.
