calls,texts and internet wont work

i topped up for the €20 package and i have been able to recieve calls and texts but im not able to make call or texts or my 5gb of internet

Make sure that you didn't just top up but topped up AND bought membership. Your online account should tell you what membership you have and until when.

My friend moved to 48 and kept his number he got the internet setting to his phone he did Don on. 30 of April but his internet won't work why could u help me Lucy here
