i am haveing a problem paying for my months credit

i am getting a page up for my bank asking for sort code and privete stuff

can any help please

Assuming it's not something nefarious like a phishing attempt it may be 3D secure authentication?

Contact your bank and/or 48 for advice.

 

Until you get the card payment sorted you could top up using a voucher if necessary:
