xiaomi mi4i - No internet

I just purchased an Xiaomi MI4I. I am able to make calls and recive texts but I seem to be stuck on the issue of connecting to the internet. I have turned on data roaming. I tried to change the APN and all of those settings but I cant even find where they are on my phone. Any help would be appreciated.

Things to note:

texting/calls work

wifi works

Cant find the APN menue thing

Internet is not working

Data roaming is allowed

What version of the software (MIUI I presume?) is it running?

You should be able to get this in Settings > About or something similar.

Do you see anything like Settings > SIM Cards and Mobile Networks > 48 (?) > Access Point Names?

Can you post screenshots of the Settings screens to clarify?

Are you using one or two SIMs?

Do you have your 48 SIM in the primary SIM slot?
