I have topped up to get minutes but still cannot make calls.System telling me I have no minutes left

What exactly did you top up?

Membership plan? Add-on? Cash credit?

What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status and allowance balances?

What does your Transactions page say about recent payments?

Can you send texts and use data?
