Hi I have don membership which is up to 23rd December 2023 I cannot make calls or send texts and the messages says please buy membership can you check this for me please?

Hi,I am unable to do an international call (from Ireland to EU number). I topped up 60 minutes next to my plan, it still says "you are out of minutes or not enough credits to make a call" How could I fix it? Thanks
