My cousin recently joined 48, she got the SIM card sent out and I personally activated the SIM card. We got an email sent out comfirming the sim has dispatched. When she goes to log in it says wrong details, and it says it can't send an email to the address.

If she registered her account using her email address then that email address and the password that she chose should allow her to log in.
Are you sure that she didn't register with one email address and is trying to log in with another?
If not then you probably need to contact 48 support about this (see option #3 here or the chat option when available):
