Hi AllI got a replacement SIM and the sim hasn't refreshed. It's been in now for 30 mins and still not activated. Any suggestions?I have a Galaxy s7 edge. How long should SIM activation take?

Hi I have the Don membership but bought €20 of credit as I am currently in Slovakia, but I can't ring home, I get a message saying I'm either out of minutes or have no credit, even though I have both. How can I ring Ireland?
